How to Engage Difficult Clients
Some clients are easier to deal with than others. This course teaches how to recognize personality differences and manage conflicts more effectively. The attendees will leave with techniques and an action plan on how to deal with clients who: are energy draining, create additional and/or meaningless work, or seem to waste time. Additionally, attendees will create action plans for integrating the learnings into their practice.
This CLE will consist of one three-hour session, with a 20 minute break in the middle. The session leader will combine research and practical experience to increase the skills of the individuals by understanding Personality Types. Experiential “mock” conversations provide the attendees with insights into their own personality type and others. Then, apply those concepts to an action plan for their return to their practice.
